Easter Sunday and Scout's Birth!

It's been a couple of weeks, but I never shared our Easter Sunday.  Phil's sister lives in Arizona and was due with their first baby, so my in-laws were out there with them.  We ended up celebrating Easter just our little family and it was fantastic!

We had breakfast and went to church. 

 

Walking in to church we got a text from Phil's mom that his sister was in labor and on her way to the hospital!  We came out of church to another text that the baby was here!

Beautiful baby girl, Scout Hollande was born on Easter Sunday!

After church the girls played a little with each other and their Easter baskets.

Later that day we went for a walk around our neighborhood to the pond where the ducks are (actually geese, but Emrie calls them ducks).

It was a lovely little day!
